Repair Service for 4-6 Watch Winder

Repair Service Terms and Conditions:

Only Timecube, Boda Concept, Paul Design, BOXY and Leader Watch Winders are eligible for repair. We are not able to repair products of the other brands.

The repair service includes labor, spare parts and shipping to our facility and back. You won't be charged more.

We provide free shipping to repair and back for all US states except Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. Our regular shipping provider is FedEx. We do not provide shipping to and from USPS PO boxes, APO and FPO addresses.

Proper product packaging is the responsibility of the sender. Please pack the watch winder in its original packaging carefully. If you do not have the original packaging, please consider ordering a packaging service at the FedEx store. Proper packaging is very important to prevent any transportation damage. Good padding is required on each side as your watch winder is fragile and shock sensitive. Please be informed that neither us nor shipping company can't be held responsible for any damage due to improper packaging.

Please include all accessories (door key, AC adapter, remote control) with the product. If your watch winder has an electronic lock or a fingerprint lock, reset it to factory defaults before you ship it out.

The Repair Service can only fix mechanical defects and electronics problems. The product is eligible for repair if the rotor(s) stopped working or do not rotate as supposed, the winder does not turn on, the control panel does not work, etc. We have no body parts and will not be able to help if there is a defect in the product case, interior or finish. The Repair Service does not remove signs of normal wear and tear (scratches, tears, chips, etc). We do not do paint work.

The repair time depends on the availability of spare parts and usually does not exceed 5 business days, excluding shipping. If the required parts are not available, we will order them from production and this may increase the repair time. In any case, the repair time will not exceed 3 weeks.

After the Repair Service, we provide 1 year warranty for all winding rotors and electronic parts of the product. The warranty starts from the date of delivery of the product from repair.

If the product cannot be repaired, we will refund your payment for the Repair Service and ship the product back free of charge.
