We have been in business since 2008. Over the years, we have accumulated a unique body of experience. We are experts in our field.
Our company is the exclusive U.S. distributor of the brands "Paul Design", "Boda Сoncept", "Leader Watch Winders" and "Timecube". We are also the exclusive U.S. distributors of some models of the "Boxy" brand.



Shipping & Delivery

We offer FREE ground shipping to the contiguous USA (except Hawaii and Alaska) for many products. Look for the "FREE SHIPPING" label on product images. Our store is located in Piscataway, NJ and that is where almost all of our items will ship from. Please note: there are some special order items that are shipped from a different location.

For our Standard Shipping we use FedEx and UPS services, which usually takes 2-5 business days, depending on your location and distance. During the checkout process, you will be able to choose a shipping option.

Once a product leaves our warehouse, we will forward you the tracking information.

If you require shipment via a particular carrier or have special shipping requests, please contact us before making your order.

Shipping Charges

Shipping & handling charges depend on the size, weight and number of items comprising the shipment, and will be displayed on the checkout page before you are asked for your payment information.

Please note the following restrictions:

  • "Shipping Days" are business days and exclude weekends and holidays;
  • Watch-winder.store does not ship to a Post Office Box.

Warranty

All watch winders come with a limited one-year warranty covering manufacturer defects. If a defect arises during the warranty period, we will either:

(a) repair the affected product at no charge to you;

(b) replace the affected product with an equivalent product; or

(c) if repair or replacement is impossible, provide you with a full refund.

If a defect arises during the warranty period, contact us (info@watch-winder.store). We will work with you to quickly fix the problem, either by repairing, replacing, or refunding the affected product.


Returns & Replacements

Changed Your Mind?

If you change your mind after making your order, you can return the order within 30 days of receiving for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping. To receive a refund, the item must be returned in new and unused condition, in its original packaging (including the packaging slip and any accessories), and with all paperwork included. After we receive your return and verify that it is new, in its original packaging, and includes all paperwork, we will refund your order using your original payment method. We will subtract from your refund the cost of shipping.

Item Damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or not in working condition, we will provide a full refund of your order. As soon as you receive your item, please verify that it is undamaged and in working condition. To receive a full refund, you must let us know of any damage or other problems within two days of receipt of your order (info@watch-winder.store).

If You Purchased Multiple Items and Received a Discount

If you purchased multiple items and received a discount on your order, and if you make a return so that you keep only one of the items that you purchased, then you will lose your discount (i.e., you will be refunded as if you had purchased the item at full price).

For example, if you purchased two items at $100 each and received 10% off your order (so that you paid $180 in total), if you return one of the two items, you will be refunded $80 ($180 – $100).

If You Are Not Available to Receive Your Order After Multiple Delivery Attempts

If you place an order but the courier returns it to us because you provided us with an incorrect shipping address or because you were not available to receive the order after multiple attempts, we will refund your order, minus the cost of shipping.
